Website management agreement between Flood Creative Agency (“Consultant”) and the Client. Agreement begin when Client purchases a website management plan offered by Flood Creative Agency.

1. Monthly Website Support

Flood Creative Agency provides ongoing website management and updates for a fixed monthly fee. Services include a set number of support hours each month. Unused time does not roll over and is non-refundable.

• The agreement renews automatically month-to-month after the initial term.

• Cancellation by the Client requires 30 days’ written notice.

• The Consultant may cancel at any time with written notice.

• Services will be paused for non-payment until all outstanding balances are resolved.

 

2. Media Licensing & Purchases

Costs for third-party media (e.g., stock photos, fonts, music, etc.) are not included in this agreement. All such purchases require prior written approval from the Client and will be billed separately.

3. Out-of-Scope Work

Requests beyond the monthly plan—such as major design revisions, new pages, custom features, or third-party integrations—will require separate estimates and approval before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

All monthly plans are billed via recurring payments. We accept check, ACH, or credit card.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Flood Creative Agency is not liable for any damages, losses, or downtime related to the Client’s website or services, including but not limited to:

• Website or email outages

• Inaccurate website content

• Lost profits or savings

• Third-party claims or damages from use of the site or services offered
   

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Flood Creative Agency (and its team and affiliates) harmless against all claims arising from website use, services performed, or products sold via the Client’s site. This clause survives termination of the agreement.
