Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
This agreement renews automatically each month unless canceled in writing. The monthly fee will be charged automatically via credit card or ACH. Services continue as long as monthly payments are made. Either party may cancel at any time with written notice via email. Flood Creative Agency may also terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice.

Support Hours & Requests
Work beyond the included 1 hour per month will be billed at our current hourly rate, with prior client approval. Unused time does not roll over or qualify for refunds. We may limit the volume or scope of requests as needed.

Promotional Use

Client grants Flood Creative Agency permission to use completed work for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials.

Additional Terms​

Flood Creative Agency is not liable for any damages—including downtime, data loss, or lost profits—arising from the use or inability to use the client’s website or related services. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flood Creative Agency and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages related to the operation or use of the client’s website, services performed by Flood Creative Agency, products or services sold through the website, or any injury or damage resulting from website content or use. This indemnification survives the termination of this agreement.
